Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Innerwear, lingerie, bras, panties, or any intimate wear once opened
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage
- Gift cards
- Items purchased during clearance or sale offers (unless damaged)
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- You received a wrong item
A valid order ID / proof of purchase is required to process any return or refund request.
Refunds
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Please check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider or bank

Sale items
Items purchased during sales or promotional offers are non-refundable, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange, contact us at makhijaintimates@gmail.com with your order details and issue description.
Shipping returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
